MBTI Guest Speaker Jean M. Kummerow

Team Building using MBTI Step II Assessment

The MBTI assessment has long been used in team development because it suggests ways to incorporate and utilize personality differences to help build a high performing team. This session will focus on using the Step II assessment to enhance the basic MBTI framework, so that even if you do not work with teams or utilize the Step II version, you’ll learn more about personality type.  You’ll hear about and even experience some exercises that work with teams and leave with many suggested activities. A model for preparing for the team session as well as a typical agenda for a team building session will also be provided. As an added bonus, you’ll also learn about the latest MBTI instrument, the global version (not yet available in Sweden), so that you are better prepared for the future.

Participants need not be using the Step II version to attend but should have at least taken it so that we can actually try out some activities in the session. Please bring a copy of your Step II Interpretive Report with you to the session. If you do not have the Step II Interpretive Report, please contact Assessio and we will let you complete the Step II questionnaire and provide you the report upon arrival for the session (costs 725 SEK).

Presenter: Jean M. Kummerow, Ph.D., is a psychologist in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA. (Many parts of Minnesota look exactly like Sweden!).
